What we collect
- Account info you provide: name, email, optional profile photo and bio.
- Content you create: voice/video posts, transcripts, reactions, commitments, check-ins, and resources uploaded to huddles.
- Membership data: which huddles and organizations you belong to and your role.
- Basic technical data needed to run the app (sign-in tokens, device type).
How we use it
- To deliver huddle features (posts, replies, notifications, scheduling).
- To generate automatic transcripts for accessibility.
- To keep your account secure.
Sharing
Your huddle content is visible to members of the huddles you belong to. We don't sell your data. Service providers we rely on (hosting, authentication, transcription) process data on our behalf under standard data-processing terms.
Your choices
- Edit or remove your profile from the You tab.
- Delete a huddle (leader) to remove its content.
- Email hello@missionalsync.com to request account deletion.
