About Missional Sync

In plain terms: Missional Sync is a private, voice-and-video app for small leadership huddles of 4–12 people that runs between gatherings. Leaders post short reflections, members respond on their time, and everyone stays connected between meetings — no more scheduling another call to talk about the last call.

Underneath that, we organize the conversation around alignment — connecting vision, discipleship, mission execution, and accountability into one weekly rhythm.

The relational engine is the between-gatherings huddle: small, intentional groups of 4–12 leaders walking through the LifeShapes. Leaders disciple their people through short voice and video messages, scheduled sessions, and ongoing commitments — without forcing everyone onto the same Zoom call.

Layered on top is a strategic operating layer: shared commitments, dashboards, and organization-wide visibility so the same leaders you disciple are the ones moving the mission forward.
